Spring is only a couple of weeks away! There are several things you can start doing now to enjoy a beautiful, and healthy lawn this coming season.
Summer weeds pollute your lawn with Broadleaf, Clover, Grassy, and Sedge Weeds. Do not let these annual weeds crowd out your lawn! Some pre-emergence pesticides will help stop them from growing if you start now.
Begin mowing regularly, as you see your lawn start growing in late spring. Also, control the “thatch” build-up, a layer of dead roots, leaves, and organic material that settles between the turfgrass and the soil surface.
Enjoy your yard this coming spring and summer!
